My Main two collaborators are business author Dr Ian Brooks and service quality improvement champion Paul Linnell.

 

Every year, through his books and his seminars, Ian tells thousands of business people they must put their customers first.  “The best way to succeed," he tells audiences around the world, “is to make your customers successful. If they win, you will win.”
“That’s why we’ve developed Tell Simon,” says Ian. “It is an easy way for customers to give feedback to the companies they deal with. Companies that listen will end up changing the way they run their businesses so their customers get what they need in the way they want it. That means these companies will have happy customers who come back again and again. That’s got to be good for both the customers and the companies.”

Paul has a passion for helping organisations improve their service to customers and helping them find out where they can do it better. Since 1990 he has been helping major companies in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific to find ways of learning more from their customers and improving the way they respond to them when they have problems.
